摘要
为了解决输电线路单端故障识别时易出现误判或漏判的问题,该文设计基于无人机机载激光雷达的输电线路单端故障自动化识别系统。该系统将激光雷达系统搭载于无人机中,采集输电线路点云数据,粗提取输电线路点云,聚类粗提取结果,实现输电线路点云的细提取。将得到的结果作为极端学习机的输入,利用核函数优化极端学习机,输出输电线路单端故障自动化识别结果。实验结果表明,所设计系统能够自动识别金属性接地等不同类型的输电线路单端故障,且识别精度高。
In order to solve the problem of misjudgment or omission in single-ended fault identification of transmission lines,this paper designs an automatic single-ended fault identification system of transmission lines based on UAV airborne lidar.In this system,the lidar system is installed in the UAV,which collects the point cloud data of transmission lines,roughly extracts the point cloud of transmission lines,and clusters the rough extraction results to realize the fine extraction of the point cloud of transmission lines.Taking the obtained results as the input of extreme learning machine,the extreme learning machine is optimized by kernel function,and the automatic identification results of single-ended faults of transmission lines are output.The experimental results show that the designed system can automatically identify different types of single-ended faults of transmission lines such as metallic grounding,and the identification accuracy is high.
