不同扩张方式治疗儿童包茎的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of different expansion methods in the treatment of phimosis in children

目的比较不同扩张方式治疗儿童包茎的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月在宜兴市妇幼保健院儿童保健科及生殖健康科就诊的60例包茎患儿,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(28例)采用长时间持续扩张法,观察组(32例)采用间歇持续扩张法,比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.9%,对照组治疗总有效率为96.4%,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组包皮裂开、水肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组憋尿、尿痛总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇持续扩张法和长时间持续扩张法治疗儿童包茎均具有较好的效果,间歇持续扩张法能够降低憋尿、尿痛等并发症的发生率。

Objective To compare the effect of different expansion methods in the treatment of phimosis in children.Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,60 children with phimosis in the Department of Child Healthcare and Reproductive Health of Yixing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots.The control group(28 cases)was treated with long-term continuous expansion method,and the observation group(32 cases)was treated with intermittent continuous expansion method.The therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.9%in the observation group and 96.4%in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of foreskin splitting and edema between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of urination and dysuria in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both intermittent continuous expansion method and long-term continuous expansion method have good results in the treatment of phimosis in children.Intermittent continuous expansion can reduce the incidence of complications such as urination and dysuria.
