基于析因设计探讨二次涂氟+午间刷牙对学龄前儿童口腔健康的影响

Effect of secondary fluoride application and midday brushing on oral health of preschool children based on factorial design

目的基于析因设计探讨二次涂氟+午间刷牙对学龄前儿童口腔健康的影响。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法,选取2022年11月至2023年1月于上海市闵行区莘庄社区卫生服务中心接受口腔检查的学龄前儿童。先通过整群随机抽样选取8所幼儿园,根据儿童是否进行午间刷牙及每年的涂氟次数将符合纳入标准的学龄前儿童进行分组,再通过完全随机抽样分别从各组中选取50名学龄前儿童,对选取的儿童进行观察及定期口腔检查;采用析因设计建立方差分析模型对所得数据进行研究。结果刷牙与否和涂氟次数均对儿童龋、失、补牙(dmft)均数有影响(P<0.05);刷牙与否和涂氟次数之间无交互作用(P=0.285)。结论学龄前儿童的dmft均数受多种因素的影响,午间刷牙和涂氟防龋两种口腔保健行为均可有效控制儿童龋病的发生发展,有关部门应进一步加大儿童口腔保健力度,强化家属认知,控制儿童龋齿的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the effect of secondary fluoride application and midday brushing on oral health of preschool children based on factorial design.Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to select preschool children who received oral examination in Shanghai Minhang District Xinzhuang Community Health Service Center from November 2022 to January 2023.Firstly,8 kindergartens were selected through cluster random sampling,and the preschool children meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into groups according to whether the children had midday brushing and the number of fluoride application per year.Then 50 preschool children were selected from each group through complete random sampling,and the selected children were observed and subjected to regular oral examination.The analysis of variance model was established by factorial design to study the obtained data.Results The decayed,missing,or filled teeth(dmft)count in children was affected by brushing or not and fluoride application times(P<0.05).There was no interaction between brushing or not and fluoride application times(P=0.285).Conclusion The dmft count of preschool children is affected by many factors.The two oral health care behaviors of midday brushing teeth and applying fluoride can effectively control the occurrence and development of caries in children.Relevant departments should further strengthen the oral health care of children,strengthen the awareness of family members,and control the occurrence and development of caries in children.
