精准护理联合循证护理在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational hypertension

目的探讨精准护理联合循证护理在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年9月南通大学附属南通妇幼保健院收治的61例妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采取精准护理,观察组采取精准护理联合循证护理。比较两组妊娠结局及母婴并发症发生情况、认知评分。结果观察组胎儿窘迫、产后出血、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、剖宫产和胎盘早剥的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组血压控制认知、分娩认知、注意事项认知、分娩结局认知和饮食认知评分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准护理干预联合循证护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 61 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Affiliated Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Nantong University from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received precision nursing,while the observation group received precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.The delivery outcomes,incidence of maternal and infant complications,and cognitive scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of fetal distress,postpartum haemorrhage,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,cesarean section,and placental abruption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure control cognition,delivery cognition,attention cognition,delivery outcome cognition,and diet cognition scores of both groups were increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing has good application effect in the nursing of patients with gestational hypertension.
