心理护理在椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological nursing in spinal anesthesia analgesia during delivery

目的探讨心理护理在椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月呼和浩特市第一医院收治的74例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组。两组均采取椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩,对照组(37例)采取常规护理,观察组(37例)在对照组基础上采取心理护理。比较两组的分娩恐惧量表评分、分娩体验量表评分、护理满意度和依从性。结果观察组的护理满意度和依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组对疼痛伤害、胎儿健康、医院环境和失去控制的恐惧评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的专业支持、自我能力、参与感和自我感知评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩产妇有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in spinal anesthesia analgesia during delivery.Methods A total of 74 parturients admitted to the Hohhot First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,37 cases in each group.Both groups received spinal anesthesia for pain relief during delivery,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group took psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The scores of childbirth attitudes questionnaire and childbirth experience questionnaire,nursing satisfaction,and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,both groups showed a significant decrease in fear scores for pain injury,fetal health,hospital environment,and loss of control(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of professional support,self-ability,participation,and self-perception in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a better effect on parturients with spinal anesthesia analgesia.
