刺络放血配合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢储备功能减退患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of blood-letting combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression diminished ovarian reserve

目的探讨刺络放血配合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年6月于广西壮族自治区人民医院接受治疗的120例肾虚肝郁型DOR患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组接受电针治疗,观察组接受刺络放血配合电针治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组抗米勒管激素水平、两侧卵巢体积、窦卵泡数目及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平及月经症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺络放血配合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型DOR的疗效较好,有助于改善临床症状,调节内分泌激素水平,恢复卵巢功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood-letting combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods A total of 120 patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression DOR treated in the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received electroacupuncture treatment,and the observation group received blood-letting combined combined with electroacupuncture treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of anti-Müllerian hormone,bilateral ovarian volume,number of sinus follicles,and total effective rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and menstrual syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of blood-letting combined combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression DOR is good,which is helpful to improve clinical symptoms,regulate endocrine hormone levels and restore ovarian function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
