中等职业学校的法治教育是中国特色社会主义法治体系建设的重要一环,对推进社会主义法治国家建设意义重大。针对当前中等职业学校法治教育存在的学生法律意识淡薄、法治教育师资力量不足、教学内容及方式有待优化、缺乏系统法治教育理念等问题,中等职业学校可通过树立科学与系统的法治教育理念、加强专业师资队伍建设、优化教学方式与丰富教学内容、完善校园法治机构设置、营造良好的法治教育环境等针对性策略进行改进,培养学生的法治素养。

The legal education in secondary vocational schools is an important part of the construction of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,and is of great significance for promoting the construction of a socialist rule of law country.In response to the current problems in legal education in secondary vocational schools,such as weak legal awareness among students,insufficient legal education faculty,need for optimization of teaching content and methods,and lack of systematic legal education concepts,secondary vocational schools can improve their legal literacy by establishing a scientific and systematic legal education concept,strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff,optimizing teaching methods and enriching teaching content,improving campus legal institutions,and creating a good legal education environment.
