摘要
通过实例,阐述了数控车床采用传统车削加工工艺方法的不足,从而对数控车床4工位回转刀架所装夹的辅助刀座进行改进。详述了数控车床辅助刀座设计的原理与过程,对数控车床辅助刀座的关键问题进行了详细分析,证明了使用这款新型的数控车床辅助刀座后有助于提高零件加工的质量和生产效率。
Through examples,the shortcomings of traditional turning processing methods used in CNC lathes are explained,and the auxiliary tool holder clamped on the four station rotary tool holder of CNC lathes is improved.This article elaborates on the principle and process of designing auxiliary tool holders for CNC lathes,analyzes in detail the key issues of auxiliary tool holders for CNC lathes,and proves that using this new type of CNC lathe auxiliary tool holder can help improve the quality and production efficiency of part processing.
