摘要
探讨了材料工程技术专业人才培养模式的改革与实践,结合当地产业特色,分析了当前人才培养模式存在的问题,提出相应的改革措施,并结合实践案例进行验证。从而加快完善人才培养模式改革,强化实验实训基地建设,加强产教融合,培养具备创新精神和实践能力的材料工程技术专业人才,以适应社会发展和行业需求。
This article aims to explore the reform and practice of the talent training mode in the field of materials engineering technology.Combining with the local industrial characteristics,it analyzes the problems in the current talent training mode,proposes corresponding reform measures,and verifies them with practical cases.In order to accelerate the reform of talent cultivation mode,strengthen the construction of experimental and practical training bases,strengthen the integration of industry and education,and cultivate materials engineering technology professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability to adapt to social development and industry needs.
