探讨了中等职业教育机械装配专业教学中如何有效培养学生的创新能力,首先阐述了创新能力的内涵及其在职业教育中的重要性,分析了当前机械装配教学面临的传统教学模式、实训条件有限和师资力量不足等问题,进而提出了更新教学理念、优化课程设置、创设情境教学和注重过程评价等培养学生创新能力的策略,为提高职业教育人才培养质量提供了可借鉴的建议。

This article aims to explore how to effectively cultivate students'innovation ability in the teaching of mechanical assembly major in secondary vocational education.Firstly,it elaborates on the connotation of innovation ability and its importance in vocational education,analyzes the traditional teaching mode,limited practical training conditions,and insufficient teaching staff faced by current mechanical assembly teaching,and proposes strategies to update teaching concepts,optimize course settings,create situational teaching,and focus on process evaluation to cultivate students'innovation ability.This provides valuable suggestions for improving the quality of vocational education talent cultivation.
