为了提高垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉设备的安装质量和效率,研究了具体的安装技术和解决策略。通过现场调研、理论分析和试验验证,明确了安装工艺、材料与设备、基础施工、设备吊装和焊接技术的关键环节。基础施工通过采用精确测量和高效技术,可以确保地基稳固和设备安装准确。研究表明,科学的安装规划和高质量材料设备提高了施工精确性、吊装安全性和焊接可靠性,确保发电厂安全稳定运行。
In order to improve the installation quality and efficiency of the boiler equipment of waste incineration power plant,the specific installation technology and solution strategy are studied.Through field investigation,theoretical analysis and test verification,the key links of installation process,materials and equipment,foundation construction,equipment lifting and welding technology are defined.Foundation construction adopts accurate measurement and efficient technology to ensure the stability of the foundation and accurate installation of equipment.The research shows that the scientific installation planning and high-quality material equipment improve the construction accuracy,lifting safety and welding reliability,to ensure the safe and stable operation of power plants.
