聚能水压爆破降尘技术应用研究

摘要 对某隧道在钻爆挖掘过程中现场粉尘分布情况及通风情况的介绍,阐述了常规隧道爆破开挖,虽已配备压入式通风设备,隧道施工设备的存在导致室内形成回流漩涡运动,显著影响了通风效果,影响了隧道挖掘工作的正常进行,导致工程进度明显滞后。通过介绍水压爆破实验过程,论证水压爆破技术相较于传统爆破方式在减少粉尘产生方面的显著效果。该技术在推动隧道建设领域的技术创新与持续发展,为行业提供坚实的有力支持。 It introduces the dust distribution and ventilation situation on site during the drilling and blasting excavation of a certain tunnel.It explains that although conventional tunnel blasting excavation is equipped with forced ventilation equipment,the presence of tunnel construction equipment causes the formation of backflow vortices indoors,significantly affecting the ventilation effect and the normal progress of tunnel excavation work,resulting in a significant delay in project progress.By introducing the process of water pressure blasting experiment,it is demonstrated that water pressure blasting technology has a significant effect on reducing dust generation compared to traditional blasting methods.This technology is driving technological innovation and sustainable development in the field of tunnel construction,providing solid and powerful support for the industry.
