基于STEM理念“小中大”融合式科学工程教育研究

摘要 工程教育是培养国家后备科技人才的核心战略支柱,已成为教育界密切关注的需求热点。当前国家已在高等教育阶段以工程认证的形式构建工程类专业教育框架,但由于机械化应试教育的短视性,仅在高等教育阶段短期实现工程师的培育缺乏合理性。近年,STEM教育理念在各国逐渐启用发展,对我国变革传统教育理念,实现学科融合的工程通识教育具有积极的指导意义。基于STEM教育理念,开辟适用于全阶段学生的科学素养培养道路,实现“小中大”学段的一体化培育,可以为我国工程人才长期战略发展提供正向价值与启示。 Engineering education is the core strategic pillar of training national reserve scientif-ic and technological talents,and has become a hot demand in the education industry.At pres-ent,the state has established engineering professional education framework in the form of en-gineering certification in the stage of higher education.However,due to the short-sighted na-ture of mechanized exam-oriented education,it is unreasonable to realize the cultivation of en-gineers only in the stage of higher education.In recent years,the STEM education concept has gradually been developed in various countries,which has positive guiding significance for our country to change the traditional education concept and realize the general science educa-tion integration of disciplines.Based on the concept of STEM education,opening up a path for cultivating scientific literacy suitable for all stages of students and achieving integrated cultiva-tion of“Primary-Medium-Collegiate”stages can provide positive value and inspiration for the long-term strategic development of engineering talents in China.
