童趣化游戏联合关怀模式在小儿支原体肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用及舒适感评价

Application and Comfort Evaluation of Child-oriented Game Combined with Care Mode in Nebulized Inhalation Therapy for Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:对童趣化游戏联合关怀模式在小儿支原体肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果及对舒适感的影响进行评价。方法:纳入我院2022年1月至2023年6月收治的支原体肺炎学龄前患儿共计130例为研究对象,将其按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各65例。对照组患儿实施常规干预方案,观察组增加童趣化游戏联合关怀模式,对比不同方案对两组患儿雾化治疗依从性、舒适度、症状消失时间、生活质量以及家属满意度的影响差异。结果:观察组患儿雾化治疗期间依从优良率明显较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿雾化治疗期间的舒适度评分明显较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿肺炎临床症状消失时间相比对照组更短(P<0.05);入院时两组患儿的生活质量评分未见明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组的生活质量评分与家属对干预方案的满意度评分均明显较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:童趣化游戏联合关怀模式干预能够提高支原体肺炎患儿雾化治疗期间的依从性与舒适度,患儿治疗效果更好,生活质量提升,家属满意度更好。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of children's fun games combined with care mode in the nebulization inhalation treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia and its impact on comfort.Methods:A total of 130 preschool children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were included as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 65 cases each,using the number table method.The control group of patients underwent routine intervention plans,while the observation group added a children's fun game combined care model.The effects of different plans on the compliance,comfort,symptom disappearance time,quality of life,and family satisfaction of the two groups of children with nebulization treatment were compared.Results:The observation group had a significantly higher rate of compliance excellence during nebulization therapy compared to the control group(P<0.05);The comfort score of the observation group patients during atomization treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of pneumonia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);At the time of admission,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores and family satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of children's fun game combined with care mode can improve the compliance and comfort of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia during nebulization treatment,resulting in better treatment effect,improved quality of life,and better family satisfaction.
