案例式教学结合形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要 随着各种教学模式和评价方式在住院医师规范化培训中的广泛应用,住院医师规范化培训培养体系的日益完善,住院医师规范化培训已成为培养医学生迅速掌握临床知识和专业技能,走向儿科临床医师工作岗位、具备岗位胜任力的必经环节,也是培养优秀儿科人才的重要举措。然而,现阶段儿科专业的住院医师规范化培训的教学效果尚有一定不足之处,采取案例式教学模式结合形成性评价的考核手段,在规培过程中可有效提高学生的临床综合能力、分析能力、培养学习主观能动性和临床逻辑思维。本文目的在于探讨案例式教学结合形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的实践应用。 With the wide application of various teaching modes and evaluation methods in the standardized training of residents,the standardized training system of residents has become increasingly perfect,and the standardized training of residents has become a necessary link to train medical students to quickly master clinical knowledge and professional skills,and to work as pediatric clinicians and possess post competency.It is also an important measure to train outstanding pediatric talents.However,there are still some shortcomings in the teaching effect of standardized training for pediatric residents at this stage.The case-based teaching mode combined with formative assessment means is adopted to effectively improve students'clinical comprehensive ability,analytical ability,learning initiative and clinical logical thinking during the training process.The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical application of case-based teaching combined with formative evaluation in the standardized training of pediatric residents.
