摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为前驱体,经溶胶-凝胶法制备基础溶胶;经自由基反应接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)后,进一步掺杂Ce(NO_(3))_(3)后制得Ce^(3+)掺杂交联改性溶胶。通过傅里叶红外光谱、附着力、硬度、柔韧性、电化学极化、交流阻抗和耐中性盐雾测试表征了涂层的各项性能。结果表明:涂层具有有机-无机互穿网络结构,附着力1级,硬度4H,柔韧性1 mm,当Ce(NO_(3))_(3)加入量为溶胶质量分数的1.0%,改性单体占溶胶质量分数为6.0%时,涂层于3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡2 h后的阻抗值高达1.203×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),涂层试样经168 h耐中性盐雾试验后,可达到GB/T 1766—2008标准中的生锈0级标准。
Ce^(3+)doped crosslinking modified sol coatings were prepared via Sol-Gel method using tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)andγ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH570)as precursor reagents,further grafted with methyl methacrylate(MMA)and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA)by free radical reaction,finally doped with Ce(NO_(3))_(3)as corrosion inhibitor.The structures and properties of coatings as prepared were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,adhesion,hardness,flexibility,electrochemical polarization,EIS and neutral salt spray tests.The results showed:the coatings formed an organicinorganic interpenetrating network structure,adhesion was grade 1,hardness was 4H,and flexibility was 1mm.When the dosage of Ce(NO_(3))_(3)was 1.0%sol mass fraction and modified monomer was 6.0%sol mass fraction,the coatings EIS value could be up to 1.203×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2)after 2 hours immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution.The anticorrosion property of coatings could be up to GB/T 1766—2008 rust level 0 standard after 168 h neutral salt spray test.
