摘要
针对某车型换挡盖板电镀饰条起泡的问题,对影响附着力的内应力、粗化工艺和塑料基材3个因素进行排查。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察及多种测试发现,镀层厚度合格,内应力正常,但起泡位置粗化不足,且零件基材应为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)三元共聚物实际却是聚碳酸酯(PC)/ABS。经判定,起泡由原材料不合格与粗化工艺不适配所致,原因是注塑前生产PC/ABS基材零件后螺杆未清洗干净,导致误将应报废零件投入使用。改进措施为报废不合格零件,对不同基材零件分机生产,更新作业指导书并加强监控,以避免此类问题再次发生。
In response to the issue of blistering on the electroplated decorative strip of a certain car model's shift cover,three factors affecting adhesion,namely,internal stress,roughening process and plastic substrate,were investigated.Through observation with a metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,and various tests,it was found that the coating thickness was qualified and the internal stress was normal,but the blistering position was not sufficiently roughened,and the substrate of the part should be acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS),but it was actually polycarbonate(PC)/ABS.After judgment,the foaming was caused by unqualified raw materials and incompatible roughening processes.The reason was that the screws were not cleaned thoroughly after producing PC/ABS substrate parts before injection molding,resulting in the incorrect use of scrapped parts.The improvement measures include scrapping non-conforming parts,updating the operation manual and strengthening monitoring for the production of different substrate parts,in order to avoid such problems from happening again.
