Development of 140 MPa Electric Drive Automatic Counting Remote Ball Injector

投球器是实施暂堵转向工艺的关键设备之一,针对现有投球器承压能力低、装球数量少、不能投放低密度暂堵球、无法定量精准投球等缺点,研发了140 MPa电驱自动计数远程投球器。该投球器由机械本体、远程控制箱和遥控器3部分组成,远程控制箱具有无线传输模块,可在仪表车内远程操作投球器,完成定量精准投球,同时该投球器具有手动投球功能。经室内和现场测试,该投球器可实现承压能力,装球数量大幅提升,可实现多次精准投球,同时可投放低密度球,运行安全可靠。

The ball injector is one of the key equipment for implementing the temporary plugging steering process.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current ball injector,such as low bearing capacity,low density temporary betting,small number of balls loaded,and inability to quantitatively and accurately pitch,a 140 MPa electric drive automatic counting remote ball injector is developed.The ball injector is composed of three parts:mechanical body,remote control box and remote control box.The remote control box has a wireless transmission module,which can be connected wirelessly with the instrument car.The ball injector can be operated remotely in the instrument car to complete quantitative and accurate ball throwing.The test results show that all the performance indexes of the ball injector meet the design requirements and are suitable for popularization and application.
