新一代移动式航空加油装置的结构特点及前景

摘要 为了解决现有的航空加油模式存在的依赖于运输机场油料供应、加油量大但供应渠道有限、设备单一、固定式加油及设备维护困难等问题,研制出一款新一代移动式航空加油装置。该装置具有简单高效、轻便灵活、经济低碳等优点,进一步提升了移动式航空加油装置的性能。该装置主要包括平板车、上装作业系统、仪表及面板、电气系统、防爆电动搬运车、油桶搬运车等。通过在车架底部设置接油槽,并配合防爆电动搬运车的导向槽,利用插桶泵进行油料输送,经过滤分离器、流量计和重力加油枪的处理,最终实现了支撑搬运和加油的功能。试验验证表明,该装置有效提升了移动式航空加油装置的性能,可满足航空加油的实际需求。 In order to solve the problems of the existing aviation refueling mode,that is,it depends on the oil supply of the transport airport,the refueling quantity is large but the supply channel is limited,the equipment is single,the fixed refueling and the equipment maintenance is difficult,and so on,a new generation of mobile aviation refueling device is successfully developed in this paper.The device has many advantages,such as simple and efficient,lightweight and flexible,economical and low-carbon,and further improves the performance of the mobile aviation refueling device to meet the needs of aviation refueling.The main components of the device include flatbed truck,mounted operating system,instrument and panel,electrical system,explosion-proof electric truck,oil drum truck,etc.By setting the oil groove at the bottom of the frame,and cooperating with the guide groove of the explosion-proof electric carrier,the oil is transported by the barrel pump,and the function of supporting the handling and refueling is finally realized through the treatment of the filter separator,the flow meter and the gravity refueling gun.The experimental results show that the device has high feasibility,effectively improves the performance of the mobile aviation refueling device,and meets the actual demand of aviation refueling.
