澳门终身学习型城市建设的探索实践及启示

摘要 自20世纪末回归以来,中国澳门特区政府始终把握终身学习的核心理念,坚持将澳门地区建设为学习型城市,业已成为中国建设学习型社会的有机组成部分。在建设学习型城市的探索过程中,澳门地区具有教育资源整合化、居民参与全员化、奖励设置多样化、学习形式和内容多元化等特色。对于提升澳门地区居民的知识技能和综合素质、促进社会及教育公平和人力资源的积累都有重要意义。对澳门地区终身学习型城市建设进行综合分析之后,从学习资源的统筹、奖励机制的设置、课程结构的完善、学习平台的创新等四个方面,总结了澳门地区经验对其他城市建设终身学习型社会的启示。 Since the return to China at the end of the 20th century,the Macao China SAR government has always grasped the core concept of lifelong learning and insisted on building Macao region into a learning city,which has become an integral part of China’s building of a learning society.In the exploration process of building a learning city,Macao region has integrated educational resources;full participation of residents;diversified reward settings;diversified learning forms and other characteristics.To enhance the knowledge,skills,and overall quality of Macao region residents,promoting social and educational equity and accumulating human resources are of great significance.After a comprehensive analysis of the construction of a lifelong learning city in Macao region,this paper summarizes the inspiration of Macao region’s experience for other cities to build a lifelong learning society from four aspects:the coordination of learning resources,the establishment of reward mechanisms,the improvement of curriculum structure,and the innovation of learning platforms.
