现代产业学院背景下应用型本科院校“双师型”师资队伍建设探索

Research on the Construction of the"Double Teacher"Teacher in Applied Undergraduate University under the Background of Modern Industrial College

现代产业学院建设是产教深度融合的重要形式,是校企协同育人的重要载体和举措。建设高水平的“双师型”师资队伍是培养高素质应用型人才的迫切需要,是推动现代产业学院内涵式高质量发展的必然需要。本文针对应用型本科院校,分析了“双师型”师资队伍建设存在问题,阐明现代产业学院建设模式,提出了在现代产业学院背景下“双师型”师资队伍建设路径,包括鼓励教师挂职锻炼、组织教师参加企业专题培训、聘请企业技术人员担任教学任务、课程实行“一课双师”教学模式、鼓励教师获取行业技术资格证书、引进高水平行业产业技术人员等六方面路径,为应用型本科院校现代产业学院建设促进“双师型”师资队伍建设提供参考。

Modern industrial college is an important form of deep integration of industry and education.and it is an important carrier and measure of collaborative education between schools and enterprises.Building a high-level"double teacher"teacher is an urgent need to cultivate high-quality applied talents and inevitable need to promote the high-quality development of modern industrial colleges.The paper analyzes the problems in the construction of the"double teacher"teacher for applied undergraduate university,clarifies the construction mode of modern industrial college,and proposes the path for the construction of the"double teacher"teacher under the background of modern industrial college,including encouraging teachers to take job training,organizing teachers to participate enterprise training,employing enterprise technical experts to serve as teaching,implementing the"one course dual teacher"teaching model,encouraging teachers to obtain technical qualifications,and importing high-level industry technical experts.These provide references for the construction of modern industrial college in applied undergraduate university to promote the construction of the"double teacher"teacher.
