浙江省各地科创走廊建设研究及对温州环大罗山科创走廊建设的启示建议

近年来,杭州、宁波、温州、嘉兴、绍兴、金华、台州等城市先后部署科创走廊,建成特色产业发展成效显著、创新创业氛围浓厚、具有较强品牌效应和影响力的科技创新集聚地。本文通过总结和梳理全省七大科创走廊建设具体做法和先进经验,从区域联动互通、创新要素集聚、财政金融支持、成果转移转化、政策先行先试等方面为温州环大罗山科创走廊今后建设提供若干对策和建议。

In recent years,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Wenzhou,Jiaxing,Shaoxing,Jinhua,Taizhou and other cities have successively deployed science and technology innovation corridors to build scientific and technological innovation gathering places with remarkable development results of characteristic industries,strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strong brand effect and influence.By summarizing and sorting out the specific practices and ad⁃vanced experiences of the seven science and technology innovation corridors in Zhejiang Province,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the future construction of the science and technology innovation corridor around Daluo Mountain in Wenzhou from the aspects of regional linkage,innovation factor aggregation,financial support,achievement transfer and transformation,policy priority,et al.
