摘要
为提升CRH5型动车组轴温监测系统检测效率,研发动车组轴温监测系统检测平台。确定检测平台设计要求,介绍检测平台架构和组成部分功能,详细阐述检测平台软件工作流程,轴温主机、板卡、传感器等检测流程,以及历史故障数据统计流程。检测平台在太原车辆段CRH5型动车组上试用。试用结果表明,检测平台能准确诊断板卡故障及其具体位置区域。
To improve the efficiency of axle temperature monitoring system of CRH5 EMU,the testing platform for axle temperature monitoring system of CRH5 EMU is researched and developed.Design requirements for the testing platform are determined.The architecture and component of the testing platform are introduced,the software workflow of the testing platform,as well as the flow for testing axle temperature host,board,sensor,and the flow for counting his⁃torical fault data are described in detail.The testing platform is tried on CRH5 EMU of Taiyuan car depot.Trial results show that the testing platform can accurately diagnose the failure and specific area of the printed circuit board.
