摘要
“工程建设法规及相关知识”是中专建筑类专业学生的必修课程,对于培养学生的法律和专业知识素养至关重要。当前中专“工程建设法规及相关知识”教学仍存在一些问题,包括教学方法与教学内容的局限性、理论与实践相脱节、专业素养与技能教育的失衡等。案例教学法在中专“工程建设法规及相关知识”课程中的应用,不仅有助于解决当前教学中存在的问题,还能够提升学生的法规理解和应用能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。通过合理选择教学案例、精心设计案例教学过程、强化案例教学实践环节、加强师生之间双向交流等策略,可以提高课堂教学质量,培养出更多具有法律素养和实际操作能力的工程建设人才。
"Engineering Construction Regulations and Related Knowledge"is a compulsory course for students majoring in architecture in secondary vocational schools,which is crucial for cultivating students'legal literacy and professional knowledge.However,there are still some problems in the current teaching of"Engineering Construction Regulations and Related Knowledge"in secondary vocational schools,including limitations in teaching methods and content,a disconnect between theory and practice,and an imbalance between professional competence and skills education.The application of case teaching method in the course of"Engineering Construction Regulations and Related Knowledge"in vocational schools not only helps to solve the problems existing in current teaching,but also enhances students'understanding and application ability of regulations,as well as their ability to analyze and solve problems.By selecting teaching cases reasonably,carefully designing the case teaching process,strengthening the practical aspects of case teaching,and enhancing two-way communication between teachers and students,the quality of classroom teaching can be improved,and more engineering construction talents with legal literacy and practical operation ability can be cultivated.
