以创新创业“项目制”全过程思创融合助力高职高质量人才培育探索——以重庆工商职业学院传媒与设计学院为例

Exploration of the Integration of Creativity and Innovation throughout the Whole Process of Innovation and Entrepreneurship"Project System"to Support the Cultivation of High Qualty Talents in Higher Vocational Education——Taking the School of Media and Design at Chongqing Technology and Business Institute

文章首先分析高职院校“思创融合”存在的问题,然后以重庆工商职业学院传媒与设计学院创新创业“项目制”全过程思创融合的研究与实践为例,全面分析如何通过运用“1种模式”夯实“3类课堂”依托“3类平台”试点“3个项目”,打造出一支红色创新创业导师队伍,为创新创业教育注入“红色智慧”,优化创新创业教育生态,提高大学生的创新创业素养,为社会输送更多思想素质过硬、富有创新精神、敢于承担风险、专业能力突出的高质量人才。

This article first analyzes the problems of"integration of ideas and creativity"in vocational colleges,and then takes the research and practice of the"project-based"integration of ideas and creativity in the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship in the School of Media and Design of Chongqing Technology and Business Institute as an example.It comprehensively analyzes how to create a team of red innovation and entrepreneurship mentors by using"one mode",consolidating"three types of classrooms",relying on"three types of platforms",and piloting"three projects",injecting"red wisdom"into innovation and entrepreneurship education,optimizing the ecology of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship literacy of college students,and delivering more high-quality talents with strong ideological qualities,innovative spirit,courage to take risks,and outstanding professional abilities to society.
