摘要
为研究高校“数值分析”课程应用ARCS动机模型进行心理激励的方法,文章采用文献分析法、实地调查法对ARCS动机模型的心理引导特点进行细致深入的研究。研究发现,采用ARCS动机模型进行教学优化是一项系统工程。这种教学法全程需要“数值分析”课程教师对学生进行注意力调动、学习关联、信心引导、满意感提升,通过具体策略有效激发学生的学习动力,使学生更为主动、快乐地投入课程学习,从而提升教学效果。
In order to study the method of applying the ARCS motivation model for psychological motivation in the"Numerical Analysis"course in universities,this article uses literature analysis and field investigation methods to conduct a detailed and in-depth study on the psychological guidance characteristics of the ARCS motivation model.Research has found that using the ARCS motivation model for teaching optimization is a systematic project.This teaching method requires the teacher of the"Numerical Analysis"course to mobilize students'attention,establish learning associations,guide confidence,and enhance satisfaction throughout the entire process.Through specific strategies,it effectively stimulates students'learning motivation,making them more proactive and happy to engage in course learning,thereby improving teaching effectiveness.
