College counselors play a crucial role in the daily ideological and political education and management of college students.Counselors should further develop and enhance their moral,ideological,and professional qualities in the process of daily work,in order to better grow and succeed.In the context of the new era,as the backbone of ideological and political work in universities,counselors must have a deep understanding of the theory and power of the Party's self revolution,consciously seek ideas,thoughts,methods,and measures from the Party's innovative theories,and gradually grow into high-quality talents with the characteristics of learning educators,advanced leaders,innovative managers,and service-oriented exemplars guided by the Party's self revolution spirit,achieving a two-way journey of enhancing their ability to perform their duties and firmly believing in their spiritual beliefs.
