摘要
塑料制品广泛应用在日常生活和工作中,巨大的消费量产生巨大的废弃量。随着废旧塑料的数量日益增多、污染问题日益严重,废旧塑料的处理逐渐被重视。使用非金属的醋酸催化剂实现了对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料的一步法化学降解,得到了对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)单体,相较于常用的金属催化体系,该催化体系具有催化效率较高且产物无金属残留等优点,具有广阔的应用前景,是一种先进的废弃塑料的高值化利用技术。
Plastic products are widely used in daily life and work,and the huge consumption means huge amount of waste.With the increasing amount of waste plastics and the growing pollution problem,the disposal of waste plastics has gradually become an important part of the development strategy.In this paper,a non-metallic acetic acid catalyst was used to achieve one-step chemical degradation of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)plastics to obtain bis(hydroxyethyl)terephthalate(BHET)monomer,which has the advantages of higher catalytic efficiency and no metal residue in the product compared with the commonly used metal catalytic system,and has a broad application prospect,and it is a kind of advanced high-value utilisation technology for waste plastics.
