摘要
基于亚铁氰化钾(K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)])与Fe(Ⅲ)反应快速生成普鲁士蓝(Fe_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]_(3))和数字图像比色原理,以聚乙烯亚胺作固定剂,将K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]显色剂固定于棉质纤维滤纸上,制备了稳定便携的纸基传感器用于Fe(Ⅲ)的选择性检测。利用智能手机集成技术对清晰的蓝色信号进行颜色采集、识别和分析,通过RGB模型将颜色信号数字化。结果显示,RGB颜色模型的B值(Blue)与Fe(Ⅲ)浓度在0.025~0.30 g/L和0.40~1.50 g/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9973和0.9953,方法检出限为0.02 g/L。所得结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法(GB 11911-1989)结果一致,本方法可用于准确快捷地检测Fe(Ⅲ)。
By immobilizing the K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]color developer on cotton fiber filter paper using polyethyleneimine as fixative,a stable and portable paper-based sensor was prepared for the selective detection of Fe(Ⅲ) based on the principles of the rapid formation of Prussian blue of the reaction of K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]with Fe(Ⅲ) and digital image colorimetry.The clear blue signal was captured,identified and analyzed using smartphone integration technology,and then digitized by RGB model.The results showed that the B value (Blue) of RGB color model and Fe(Ⅲ) concentration showed a good linear relationship in the concentration ranges of 0.025-0.30 g/L and 0.40-1.50 g/L,the correlation coefficients were 0.9973 and 0.9953,respectively,and the method detection limit was 0.02 g/L.The obtained results were consistent with that of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (GB 11911-89).This method can detect Fe(Ⅲ) accurately and quickly.
