基于正交实验的35CrMo钢等离子熔覆工艺参数优化

摘要 为了提高35CrMo钢的耐腐蚀性,以达到延长其使用寿命,提高经济效益的目的,采用三因素三水平正交实验设计不同熔覆参数条件下在35CrMo钢表面制备AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金等离子熔覆层,并对冶金结合效果好的AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金熔覆层进行耐腐蚀性能测试。结果表明:3组试样熔覆层与基体冶金结合效果良好,未发现裂纹与气孔等缺陷,不同工艺参数对制备AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金等离子熔覆层的影响因素主次顺序为送粉电压、熔覆电流、喷枪移动速度。3组试样熔覆层耐腐蚀性能均明显优于35CrMo钢基体且1号试样耐腐蚀性能最佳。由此可得,利用等离子熔覆技术可以提高35CrMo钢的耐腐蚀性。制备耐腐蚀性能最佳的熔覆层熔覆电流为130 A,喷枪移动速度为180 mm/min,送粉电压为15 V。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of 35CrMo steel,so as to extend its service life and improve its economic benefits,the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was adopted to design AlCoCrFeNi high entropy alloy plasma cladding layer on the surface of 35CrMo steel under different cladding parameters.The corrosion resistance of AICoCrFeNi high entropy alloy cladding layers with good metallurgical bonding effect was tested.The results show that the metallurgical bonding effect between the cladding layer and the substrate of the three groups of samples is good,and no defects such as cracks and pores are found.The influencing factors of different process parameters on the preparation of the plasma cladding layer of AICoCrFeNi high entropy alloy are powder feeding voltage,cladding current and spray gun moving speed.The corrosion resistance of the cladding layer of the three groups of samples is obviously better than that of the 35CrMo steel matrix,and the corrosion resistance of sample No.1 is the best.It can be concluded that the corrosion resistance of 35CrMo steel can be improved by using plasma cladding technology.The cladding current of the best corrosion resistance is 130 A,the moving speed of spray gun is 180 mm/min,and the powder feeding voltage is 15 V.
