组态视角下“单项冠军”企业关键核心技术突破路径研究

Research on the Key Core Technology Breakthrough Path of Individual Champion Enterprises from The Perspective of Configuration

摘要 聚焦多重条件与“单项冠军”企业关键核心技术突破的复杂因果关系,基于拓展的“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)理论框架,以52家典型制造业单项冠军上市企业为样本,采用NCA和fsQCA结合方法探究制造业单项冠军企业实现关键核心技术突破的驱动要素和可行路径。研究发现:存在三类能产生高突破绩效的适配组态:自驱内生突破型、协同共生整合型、政府外生拉动型;特别地,技术知识水平、政府支持力度是决定关键核心技术突破的必要条件,任一条件缺失都无法实现关键核心技术突破;仅进行高研发投入或高数字化水平提升,无法实现关键核心技术突破,而政府资助可以弥补制造业单项冠军企业研发投入的不足。研究一方面为制造业单项冠军企业实现关键核心技术突破提供了异质性选择路径,另一方面也为更多制造业企业实现关键核心技术突破提供了理论依据和实践参考。 Focusing on the complex relationship between multiple conditions and key core technology breakthroughs of“individual champion”enterprises.Based on the extended“technology-organization-environment”theoretical framework and by using the sample data of 52 typical listed manufacturing single-item champion enterprises,the study employs the NCA and fsQCA combined methods to explore the driving factors and feasible paths for single-item champion manufacturing enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies.The research revealed that:There exist three types of adaptive configurations that can generate high breakthrough performance:“self-driven breakthrough type”,“collaborative and co-creative type”,and“government-driven type”;especially,the level of technical knowledge and the intensity of government support are necessary conditions determining the breakthrough of key core technologies.The breakthrough of key core technologies cannot be achieved if either of these conditions is lacking;Merely making high R&D investment or enhancing the digitalization level to a high degree cannot achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies,while government subsidies can compensate for the insufficiency of R&D investment of manufacturing single-item champion enterprises.On the one hand,the conclusions of this study offer a development direction for manufacturing single-champion enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies.On the other hand,they also provide a theoretical basis and useful reference for more manufacturing enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies.
