摘要
在提升开放性住区空间品质的研究中,对于围墙的拆除或保留到何种程度仍缺少科学的判断。文章探求小区围墙对空间品质的影响,揭示围墙、道路空间、微气候环境、设施共享之间的关系,以杭州花园北村为研究对象,将围墙、空间道路、微气候环境和设施共享形成联系,建立空间品质开放性优化评价体系,并以ArcGis和Envi-met数据分析法进行研究。结果表明,小区围墙不同程度的保留或拆除,其内部空间道路、微气候环境、设施共享性也会产生不同程度的影响。在研究结果基础上对小区围墙改造、优化开放性空间品质提出建议和展望。
In order to explore the influence of walls on spatial quality,the relationship among walls,road space,microclimate environment and facility sharing is revealed.Taking Huayuanbei Village in Hangzhou Xihu District as the research object,this paper links the walls,spatial roads,microclimate environment and facility sharing of the old residential district,establishes an open spatial quality optimization evaluation system,and conducts an empirical study using ArcGis and Envi-met data analysis method.The results show that the preservation or removal of the inner walls in different degrees will affect the space road,microclimate environment and facility sharing,and the degree is different.On the basis of the research results,some suggestions and prospects are put forward for the renovation of residential walls and the optimization of the quality of open space.
