运动-心理-睡眠护理对乳腺癌患者生命质量及癌因性疲乏的影响

Effects of Exercise-psychology-sleep Nursing on Quality of Life and Cancer-related Fatigue in Breast Cancer Patients

目的:探讨运动-心理-睡眠护理干预对乳腺癌患者生命质量及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治的乳腺癌患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以运动-心理-睡眠护理,比较2组负性情绪评分[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、癌因性疲乏评分(情感、躯体、认知)、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及生命质量评分(SF-36)]、并发症发生率(恶心呕吐、皮肤损伤、血象下降)。结果:观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组(P<0.05),PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者采取运动-心理-睡眠护理能够缓解其负面情绪,减轻癌因性疲乏程度,减少并发症发生率,改善睡眠质量及生命质量,促使病情好转。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention on the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 68 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery were randomly divided into the control group(n=34,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=34,exercise-psychology-sleep nursing)by using the number table method.The following were compared between the two groups:negative emotion scores[anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)],cancer-related fatigue scores(emotional,physical,cognitive),sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]quality of life(SF-36),and the incidence of complications(nausea and vomiting,skin injury,decreased blood counts).Results:The negative emotion score and the cancer-related fatigue score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group was also lower than that of the control group,while the quality of life score was higher(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise-psychology-sleep nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with breast cancer,reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of sleep and life,and promote the improvement of the condition.
