焦虑认同联合优势内容递增健康教育对广泛性焦虑障碍患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

The Influence of Anxiety Identification Combined with Advantageous Content Incremental Health Education on the Psychological State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

摘要 目的:分析焦虑认同联合优势内容递增健康教育在广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年11月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院神经内科收治的GAD患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机化法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用焦虑认同联合优势内容递增健康教育,比较2组心理状态、睡眠质量变化。结果:护理后,观察组心理状态、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑认同联合优势内容递增健康教育对GAD患者心理状态、睡眠质量改善具有显著作用。 Objective:To analyze the application value of anxiety identification combined with incremental health education focused on advantageous content in patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:A total of 72 patients with GAD admitted to the Neurology Department of Ningde City Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received anxiety identification combined with incremental health education focused on advantageous content.The changes in psychological status and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the psychological state and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of anxiety identification and advantageous content incremental health education has a significant effect on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of GAD patients.
