罗伊适应模式配合手术室护理对人工全膝关节置换术患者睡眠质量以及康复的影响

Impact of Roy′s Adaptation Model Combined with Operating Room Nursing on Sleep Quality and Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探究在对人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者护理时,开展罗伊适应模式联合手术室护理对患者关节功能以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年10月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院TKA患者98例作为研究对象,按照Excel随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组治疗期间开展常规护理,观察组开展罗伊适应模式联合手术室护理。比较2组患者在治疗期间关节功能、睡眠质量以及活动能力等改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组睡眠质量PSQI评分低对照组,关节功能评分、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对TKA患者护理时开展罗伊适应模式联合手术室护理,可以提升患者治疗期间睡眠质量,促进关节功能恢复,提升其活动能力。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Roy′s adaptation model combined with operating room nursing on joint function and sleep quality in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:A total of 98 TKA patients from Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,treated between March 2022 and October 2023,were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care during treatment,while the observation group received nursing care based on the Roy′s adaptation model combined with operating room nursing.The improvement in joint function,sleep quality,and activity level was compared between the two groups during the treatment period.Results:After nursing intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores for the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the joint function and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the Roy′s adaptation model combined with operating room care in the care of TKA patients can improve sleep quality,promote the recovery of joint function,and enhance their activity levels during the treatment period.
