分析目的达成理念的健康教育对疝气术后患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响效果

Analysis of the Effect of Goal-oriented Health Education on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Post-hernia Surgery Patients

目的:分析目的达成理念的健康教育对疝气术后患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响效果。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的接受疝气手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者术后实施常规护理干预,观察组给予目的达成理念的健康教育干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化。结果:干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过开展目的达成理念的健康教育,可以提高疝气术后患者的睡眠质量和生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of goal-oriented health education on sleep quality and quality of life in patients after hernia surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent hernia surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40),which received routine postoperative nursing care,and an observation group(n=40),which received goal-oriented health education interventions.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of the two groups,and the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)was used to assess changes in quality of life before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the SF-36 scores were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Goal-oriented health education can significantly improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients after hernia surgery,making it worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
