预见性干预对电子支气管镜检查患者睡眠的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Anticipatory Interventions on Sleep in Patients Undergoing Electronic Bronchoscopy

目的:探究预见性干预在电子支气管镜检查患者护理中的应用及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月仙游县总医院收治的支气管镜检查患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组施予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加入预见性干预。对比2组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、睡眠质量优良率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后HAMA、HAMD评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠状况优良率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.38%)低于对照组(14.28%)(P<0.05)。结论:预见性干预在电子支气管镜检查护理中可有效提升患者情绪状态及睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application of anticipatory interventions in the care of patients undergoing electronic bronchoscopy and its impact on sleep.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent bronchoscopy at Xianyou County General Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received anticipatory interventions in addition to routine care.The two groups were compared in terms of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),sleep quality rate,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and incidence of complications.Results:Postoperative HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of good sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.38%)was lower than in the control group(14.28%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anticipatory interventions in the care of patients undergoing electronic bronchoscopy can effectively improve their emotional state and sleep quality,as well as reduce the incidence of complications.
