摘要
以乙炔和甲醛为反应物,探讨了在催化剂参与下如何反应生成1,4-丁二醇机理,分析了在生成1,4-丁二醇反应过程中杂质1,4-戊二醇形成机理。在此基础上,从化学理论角度提出了优化控制反应过程中浓度和酸碱度等具体措施。这些具体优化措施对提高1,4-丁二醇产品纯度,减少杂质1,4-戊二醇的形成提供了一些思路,并为工业生产高纯度1,4-丁二醇奠定了一些理论基础。
This paper investigates the reaction mechanism of acetylene and formaldehyde to produce 1,4-butanediol under the action of a catalyst,utilizing acetylene and formaldehyde as raw materials.Concurrently,the formation mechanism of the impurity 1,4-pentanediol during the production of 1,4-butanediol is analyzed.Based on these insights,optimization strategies are proposed,including controlling the concentration and pH level.These optimization measures provide fundamental guidance for high-quality production of 1,4-butanediol while reducing the formation of the impurity 1,4-pentanediol,and lay a theoretical foundation for the production of high-purity 1,4-butanediol.
