摘要
以常见的废塑料低密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合物为原料,采用实验室自主搭建的热解反应系统,研究了400、500、600℃反应温度和15、30、45 min反应时间对热解反应的影响。结果表明:在热解温度为500℃、反应时间为30 min的条件下,液相产物产率实现最大化,达到80.5%(质量分数)。分别采用气相色谱仪和气相色谱-质谱联用仪进一步对不同反应条件下气相组分和液相组分进行了分析,明确了产物组分分布情况,为后续产品的深加工提质和产物的二次利用提供良好的实验基础和数据支撑。
Using the mixture of low density polyethylene and polypropylene as raw materials,the effects of reaction temperature of 400℃,500℃and 600℃and reaction time of 15 min,30 min and 45 min on pyrolysis reaction were studied by using a pyrolysis reaction system built in the laboratory.The results showed that under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature of 500℃and reaction time of 30 min,the yield of liquid product was maximized,reaching 80.5%(mass fraction).Gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to further analyze the gas and liquid components under different reaction conditions,and the distribution of product components was clarified,providing good experimental basis and data support for the further processing and upgrading of products and the secondary utilization of products.
