摘要
2020年中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会中医药管理局颁布实施《指导意见》以来,公立医院运营管理已成为引领医院高质量发展的重点工作。文章从公立医院运行管理的概念出发,在“1+n”管理体系中实施科学运营管理,分析影响公立医院运营发展的如药品耗材加成、区域医疗辐射能力不足、资金周转和医疗收入结构不合理的难题原因,通过“1+n”管理体系下公立医院运营管理改革实践,推进公立医院和地方卫生事业的发展。
Since the issuance and implementation of the“Guiding Opinions”by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration of the National Health Commission in 2020,the operation and management of public hospitals have become one of the key tasks leading the high-quality development of hospitals.Starting from the concept of public hospital operation management,this article implements scientific operation management in the“1+n”management system,analyzes the reasons that affect the operation and development of public hospitals,such as drug and consumable markup,insufficient regional medical radiation capacity,unreasonable capital turnover,and medical income structure.Through the reform practice of public hospital operation management in the“1+n”management system,it promotes the development of public hospitals and local health undertakings.
