This article aims to explore the innovation of the content and methods of traditional health and physical education courses in universities from the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine.By establishing interdisciplinary teaching teams,enriching course content,improving teaching quality,integrating relevant medical knowledge into physical e ducation teaching,enhancing students'understanding of traditional Chinese medicine,and building traditional health sports clubs,students can deepen their recognition of traditional health sports.Intended to promote the development of traditional health education and teaching in universities,cultivate students'comprehensive qualities,and promote the implementation and practice of the concept of integrating sports and medicine in the field of education.
