with the development of Science and Technology,the integration of science and Technology and physical education has become an important trend of educational reform.This paper expounds the necessity of integrating science and technology into junior high school physical education,probes into the concrete mode of the integration of science and technology,and advances some corresponding evaluation methods.Through theoretical analysis and practical cases,this paper holds that science and technology can effectively optimize physical education classroom teaching,improve students'learning experience and sports skills,and at the same time,puts forward that the integration of science and technology faces some challenges and limitations,it is necessary for teachers to further improve their information literacy and combine it with traditional teaching mode.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the deep integration of science and technology and physical education to promote students'all-round development.
