摘要
该文发现导致学生产生胆怯心理的主要原因包括技术难度高、担心受伤、缺乏自信以及教师教学方法不当等。因此提出强化日常沟通与学生心理建设、增强学生体育素养、夯实技术基础和提升教师的教学能力与水平等策略,希望能有效减少学生在体操学习中的胆怯心理,提高他们的学习效果和兴趣,促进大学体操教学的健康发展。
The main causes of students'timidity include high technical difficulty,fear of injury,lack of self-confidence and improper teaching methods.Therefore,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as strengthening daily communication and students'psychological construction,enhancing students'sports literacy,Tamping Technical Foundation and improving teachers'teaching ability and level,etc.,it is hoped that it can effectively reduce students'timidity in gymnastics study,improve their learning effect and interest,and promote the healthy development of college gymnastics teaching.
