摘要
该文以滑雪运动为例,探讨了对青少年身心健康的影响。通过综述国内外研究成果,发现滑雪不仅能显著促进青少年心肺功能、肌肉力量等身体素质的提升,还有助于控制体重、降低体脂率,并优化身体形态。同时滑雪运动还积极作用于青少年心理健康,如调节情绪、增强抗压能力及培养意志品质。该文旨在全面解析滑雪对青少年体质健康的复杂影响机制,为推广滑雪运动在青少年体育教育中的应用提供参考依据。
This paper takes skiing as an example to explore its impact on the physical and mental health of adolescents.By reviewing domestic and foreign research results,it is found that skiing not only significantly promotes adolescents'physical fitness such as cardiovascular function and muscle strength,but also helps to control weight,reducesbody fat percentage,and optimizesbody shape.At the same time,skiing also has a positive effect on the mental health of adolescents,such as regulating emotions,enhancing stress resilience,and cultivating willpower.This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the complex mechanismsof skiing on the physical health of adolescents,and provide a reference for promoting the application of skiing in adolescent physical education.
