基于校企合作的高校冰雪体育运动人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of College Ice and Snow Sports Talents Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

冰雪体育运动人才的培养,对于推动中国体育强国战略的实施具有至关重要的意义。鉴于当前体育高校在冰雪人才培养方面所面临的问题与挑战,亟须对其现有培养模式进行深度反思与革新。校企合作模式作为高等教育领域内人才培养的一种重要策略,为体育院校培养冰雪专业人才提供了全新的路径。具体而言,体育院校应与相关企业共同构建健全的校企合作机制,设置注重实践的课程体系,为学生提供充足的实习实训机会,深化校企合作的内涵与外延,并携手开展冰雪运动相关的科研合作与人才培训项目,以期为中国冰雪运动事业的蓬勃发展奠定坚实的人才基础。

The cultivation of ice and snow sports talents is of great significance to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening China by sports.In view of the current issues and challenges faced by sports colleges and universities in the cultivation of ice and snow talents,there is an urgent need for in-depth reflectionand innovation oftheir existing training models.As an important strategy for talent cultivation in the field of higher education,the school-enterprise cooperation mode provides a brand-new path for sports colleges and universitiesto cultivate ice and snow professionals.Specifically,physical education colleges and universitiesshould jointly collaborate with relevant enterprises to jointly establish a comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,design curriculum systems that emphasize practical training,provide students with ample internship and practical training opportunities,deepen the connotation and extension of school-enterprise cooperation,and jointly carry out scientific research cooperation and talent training projects related to ice and snow sports,with the aim of laying a solid foundation of talent for the vigorous development of China's ice and snow sports industry.
