在2022冬奥会成功举办背景下,加强冰雪运动在中学的普及教育,构建完善的后备人才培养体系,对于提升青少年身体素质、促进冰雪运动的长远发展具有重要意义。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,通过分析当前冰雪运动在中学的普及情况、后备人才培养机制以及面临的挑战,提出了一系列具体可行的建议,以期能优化冰雪运动后备人才培养体系,提升冰雪运动在中学的可持续发展能力。

Under the background of the successful hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympics,it is of great significance to strengthen the popularization education of ice and snow sports in middle schools and build a perfect training system for re serve talents,which will improve the physical fitness of teenagers and promote the long-term development of ice and snow sports.By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes the popularity of ice and snow sports in middle schools,the training mechanism of reserve talents and the challenges faced,and puts forward a series of concrete and feasible suggestions,with a view to optimizing the training system of reserve talents of ice and snow sports and improving the sustainable development ability of ice and snow sports in middle schools.
