摘要
冰壶运动对运动员的身体素质要求很高,因此在冰壶教学中,要高度重视身体素质训练,提高运动员竞技能力与身体素质,使运动员在比赛中有更出色的表现,稳定发挥。该文主要分析在冰壶教学中开展身体素质训练的重要性与具体训练方法,旨在提升运动员身体素质,达到最佳训练效果,使运动员在比赛中从容应对各种挑战,提高运动员竞技水平。
Curling requires athletes'physical quality.Therefore,in curling teaching,we should attach great importance to physical quality training,improve athletes'competitive ability and physical quality,so that athletes can perform better in the competition and play stably.This paper mainly analyzes the importance and specific training methods of physical fitness training in curling teaching,aiming at improving athletes'physical fitness,achieving the best training effect,making athletes calmly cope with various challenges in the competition and improving their competitive level.
