新质生产力是在中国经济发展新时代提出的,为新时代的冰雪旅游发展提供了根本遵循。新质生产力赋能冰雪旅游有助于冰雪旅游绿色可持续发展和产业提质升级。在新质生产力赋能冰雪旅游的过程中,存在冰雪旅游的产业融合不足、科技创新驱动不足、缺乏冰雪旅游高素质人才队伍和绿色集约可持续发展能力不足等现实挑战。为此提出冰雪旅游产业链、数据链、服务链协同创新,推进产业业态融合发展;提升科技创新能力,推进冰雪旅游与战略性新兴产业深度融合发展;深化产教融合,打造冰雪旅游新型人才队伍;坚持绿色生态发展,推动冰雪旅游可持续发展。

The new quality productivity was put forward in the new era of China's economic development,which provided a fundamental basis for the development of ice and snow tourism in the new era.Empowering ice and snow tourism with new quality productivity is helpful to the green and sustainable development of ice and snow tourism and the upgrading of industry.In the process of empowering ice and snow tourism with new quality productivity,there are realistic challenges such as insufficient industrial integration of ice and snow tourism,insufficient driving force of scientific and technological innovation,lack of high-quality talent team of ice and snow tourism and insufficient ability of green intensive sustainable development.To this end,it is proposed that the ice and snow tourism industry chain,data chain and service chain should be innovated together to promote the integrated development of industrial formats;Enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation and promote the deep integration and development of ice and snow tourism and strategic emerging industries;Deepen the integration of production and education,and create a new talent team for ice and snow tourism;Adhere to green ecological development and promote the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism.
