摘要
该文以提升“体育心理学”课程实验教学效果为目的,以临沂大学体育与健康学院2019、2020级学生为授课对象。选择国家虚拟仿真实验教学平台上的3个相关实验,采用观察组(线上+线下)和对照组(线下传统)对象的方式,比较两组的学习效果。结果显示,观察组学生均认为线上学习方式拓宽了知识视野,提高了学习兴趣,增强了掌握实验技能的自信心,降低了实验学习难度。虚拟仿真实验教学作为“体育心理学”课程课堂教学辅助平台,可有效激发学生的学习兴趣,解决传统实验课程面临的学时有限、操作机会有限、教学效果欠佳的难题,助力体育专业人才实际操作技能的培养。
This paper aims to enhance the experimental teaching effect of the"Sports Psychology"course,with the students of the School of Education and Health at Linyi University in 2019 and 2020 as the teaching subjects.Three related experiments were selected from the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform,and the experimental group(online ofline)and the control group(traditional offline)were compared to evaluate their learning effects.The show that the students in the experimental group believe that the online learning method broadens their knowledge horizons,increases their interest in learning,enhances their confidence in mastering skills,and reduces the difficulty of experimental learning.Virtual simulation experimental teaching,as an auxiliary platform for classroom teaching of the"Sports Psychology"course,can effectively students'interest in learning,solve the problems of limited class hours,limited operation opportunities,and poor teaching effect in traditional experimental courses,and help to cultivate the operation skills of sports professionals.
