“双减”政策发布后,体育课堂受重视程度及改进力度越来越大,并且课后服务中的体育类辅导课程数量也有所增加,加上国家要求学生每天活动一小时,给体育教学带来了机遇与挑战。“双减”政策要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实,因此体育教师也要紧跟时代发展趋势,思索“双减”政策内涵,探究课堂提质增效的可行性策略,让学生在轻松、愉悦的学习中获得身体机能的良好发展。该文对“双减”政策下中考体育教学提质增效的实践研究进行阐述,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

After the release of the"double reduction"policy,the importance and improvement of physical education classrooms have been increasing,and the number of physical education tutoring courses in after-school services has also increased.In addition,the national requirement for students to exercise for one hour every day has brought opportunities and challenges to physical education teaching.The"double reduction"policy requires all regions and departments to conscientiously implement it based on their actual situation.Therefore,physical education teachers should also keep up with the trend of the times,reflect on the connotation of the"double reduction"policy,explore feasible strategies for improving classroom quality and efficiency,and enable students to achieve good physical development in a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.This article elaborates on the practical research on improving the quality and efficiency of physical education teaching in the middle school entrance examination under the"double reduction"policy,in order to provide reference for related research.
